This sweet 3 year-old terrier mix is looking for her forever family!
Nyla came to the SPCA of Luzerne County in January after being used as a breeding dog. She is currently being fostered by Austin, who is working hard to help her feel safe and secure, including professional training to set her up for success.
At first, Nyla can be a little shy and distrustful while she figures people out. But once she knows you, she turns into the biggest cuddly, sweetheart. She is well behaved, full of life, fascinated by everything around her, and ready to soak up all the love. She just needs a patient family who understands she may need some time to fully settle in and trust.
This week, Nyla earned bragging rights as PA Live’s Pet of the Week! Watch Austin and Nyla’s segment here to see how adorable and well-behaved she is: https://www.2822news.com/pa-live/sponsored-content/meet-the-pet-of-the-week-nylah/amp/
If you are looking for a loyal companion to share summer days, backyard adventures, and cozy nights with, Nyla might be your girl.

How this works

Herba Re-Leaf is not a shelter, a rescue, or a placement agent. We do not house, foster, transport, evaluate, or place dogs, and we have no role in deciding who adopts them.

Every dog on this page belongs to an independent rescue organization. All applications, screening, home checks, fees, and adoptions go through that rescue, on the rescue's own website and under the rescue's own terms.

Descriptions, photos, and availability come from the rescues themselves. We reproduce them as given and cannot confirm they are current. Contact the rescue directly with any question about a dog.
